But he only lost skin because is it. Crystal Livingstone-LeBlanc Every action has an equal and opposite reaction… Hmm How about that, Newton was a smart fellow. clok Darwin at work, thankfully this was just a lesson (he appears mostly ok) and not a thinning of the Gene pool. Nick About 25 years ago a dude on a Harley did that in Australia. The car had just cut off his wife on her first ride. The car – yes the car- swerved off the road hitting a pole, killing an occupant. The rider was charged with serious charges like vehicular manslaughter or some such. The rider was found guilty and spent time in jail before anybody calculated the physics involved and worked out that it was impossible for his kick to change the trajectory of the car. Rev. Analbumcover And they didn’t figure that maybe the driver of the car swerved to avoid colliding with the motorcyclist’s flailing foot? If he hadn’t swerved, the road raging cyclist might have ended up like the guy above, or worse. Still sounds to me like the motorcyclist is still responsible. Nick Morally you may be correct, however legally the charges were based on him kicking the car off the road. Also, there was more to the story, the car driver had swerved at the motorcycle. Whilst the driver may have swerved to avoid the flailing foot, it would still be the drivers actions which resulted in the accident, not the impact of the kick. Rev. Analbumcover Good point. Sometimes Funny Reminds me of Road Rash for Sega Genesis. asdfasdf That’s why you carry chains… amature Tsubasa I don’t know what happened before, but the more funny thing is the car’s driver could sue the biker for kicking his car ^^ http://www.blowme.com Romance Explosion!
