I gave the cashier a $20 bill. I had 19 cents left over.
Where i live the price is 1$ / Liter, in Saudi Arabia 8¢ / Liter..
My New Year’s Resolution is to move there..
I’m pretty happy at CAD 0.939/L. Given taxes and profits, it still should be 0.800/L, but I’ll give it a few weeks.
I live in Jordan, which is right next to Saudi Arabia, but we don’t have any resources, except for the sun, we have started to use solar panels in everything, but that will never replace fuel, and to top it all, we are surrounded by wars, the high price of gas is one of many dilemmas in Jordan, but we have managed to live through this 🙂 ..
Solar power is not meant to ‘replace’ oil (that will be fusion) but to supplement it, no?
I didn’t mention Oil, when i said “fuel”, i meant anything that is used to generate power, we don’t have a nuclear reactor, we can’t rely on the wind because of its absence in two-thirds of the year, we don’t have enough water sources to use water mills, Thor retrieved the “Tesseract” after we stole it from Loki, and Peter Quill stole the “infinity stone” from us and gave it to the Nova Corps.. 😀
For a little over two gallons? Not yet it’s not.
that’s a quarter of a tank and about two days of driving for me 😀
Ha, in the UK for a gallon it is £6-7 which is about 11-13 dollars (i think)
