That’s tumblr, though
Im ok with ppl not vacinating their children… as long we get them out out ouuuut of the way, so they can die alone and miserable and wonderig why they are sick.
Actually, yes do wtv you want, but stay away from civilization.
Except we are talking about children here. I dont want to hear of a resurgence of polio in children as a “I told you so” to the parents, even if it doesnt affect me or mine directly =(
Let them die and suffer, then we go after the stupid parents and kill them for neglicence.
Or at least sterilize them.
P.S. I read a lot fo Xianxia XD
But there is no way to make a parent do something for their child that they don’t want to do unless it falls under the legal domain of abuse/negligence. Now, why vaccinating hasn’t been added to the list of required medical actions parents must take is tricky to answer. Since there are actually a few reasons not to vaccinate a child for some things (like how I wasn’t able to get a second measles vaccine because of asthma), that means that there would have to be actual case-by-case attention given, and that’s too expensive. So children are still at the mercy of their parents, even if that parent has decided to completely not vaccinate their children because they hold the unbelievably stupid thought that things like tetanus are just illnesses a body can work through no problem.
Here in Australia vaccinations are compulsory if you want your child in daycare.
yeah tell the lady I work with who had polio as a child and a) is about 4’5″ tall, and b) has one leg much shorter than the other. She walks painfully with a cane – and is unable to walk without it at all. She can’t wear any sort of pants because the brace holding her leg straight gets in the way. I’d not wish that on ANYONE – crappy parents or not.
The problem with that statement is in order for vaccinations to be effective, everyone needs to be vaccinated.
If they arent vaccinated, they arent allowed into society and civilization. They shouldnt be allowed to be nearby other ppl.
Obvious troll is obvious…. look at that name
Short story that happened a while ago, was walking around the city and had an anti-vaccine advocate approach me with some flyer that had some “facts” about how vaccination gives kids autism, I started laughing at them, they asked why I was laughing and I said “I’m sorry, I didn’t realise you had autism” they said they didn’t, I pointed out their parents probably vaccinated them, they then proceeded to dump the flyers in the nearby bin and walked away.
Sometimes logic can cut through the ignorance.
