No, I’m Nguyen!!
For the Nguyen!
This Is Sparta!
Not related? But they look the same.
Maybe the do. Maybe you just have to adapt to the local culture.
I’m not prosopagnosic. And I’m probably more adept at telling Asian faces apart than a regular white person.
I use to work with a Hmong fellow, and he told me the Hmong practice of marrying a girl from one of the other 2 tribes/groups of Hmong and how it was very common for the 2 getting married to be cousins and not finding out until later. Fun little tidbit.
Granted Nguyen is a Vietnamese name. Wife’s uncle is a Nguyen from Vietnam.
About 50 percent of Vietnamese have the family name Nguyen.
I had thought there were only four different family names in Vietnam, but a brief Google search said it’s actually about 300.
My friend’s first name is Nguyen
That’s like everyone in North Korean named Kim.
A no Win situation, then.
Then why did your mom dress you all the same ?
