Entity Had a complaint that one of our laptops screens went black midway through someones job. Asked is it plugged in. Of course it is. I go to the suite, the laptop is plugged into the power cable with nothing plugged into the wall socket. I plug it in and try not to respond to being told that this doesn’t happen in other post houses. Apparently electricity works differently at our competitors. Alexandra Marie One of my colleagues was complaining that his laptop wasn’t turning on. It was connected to a second screen that was set as his primary screen. The screen was turned off. When he’d power on the laptop, nothing would come up because of the primary screen being off. I didn’t want to say anything because I didn’t want to make him feel stupid. Luckily he wasn’t next to me when I just turned it on and said I fixed it.
